I work with individuals, couples and organisations, internationally, on the relationships that shape their lives, starting with the one they have with themselves.
I’m the eldest of four children, and my earliest understanding of relationships came from watching my parents’. Their marriage was a difficult one, marked by patterns I wouldn’t wish on anyone, and it left me confused for a long time about whether real happiness between two people was even possible. My mother stayed for nearly three decades before she finally said no more and left. Watching her do that taught me something I still carry into every session I run: it’s never too late to choose yourself.
In 2008, a relationship I thought was solid ended without warning, and it broke me. I reached a point where I didn’t want to be here anymore. I know now that I needed support far sooner than I let myself ask for it, and that’s part of why I take mental health as seriously as I do in my own work today.
What eventually pulled me back was a shift, late in 2010, when I made the decision to reclaim my life on my own terms. I called it restyling my way of living, which is where the name behind my handle comes from, and it’s still the closest word I have for what coaching does: not starting over, but rebuilding, deliberately, into something that actually fits you.
My working life began in HR management, supporting people through the moments where work and life collide. More than twenty years across HR and practice, and more than ten years running my own private practice, taught me the same lesson again and again: the relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for every relationship in your life.
“I hear you. I see you. I feel you.”
Everything moves through S.A.F.E.™, the framework I have refined across my years in practice: Secure, Aligned, Fulfilled and Empowered. Whether I’m coaching one to one or training a team, sessions are shaped around the people in front of me, with practical tools they can use the same day.
I deliver well-being training for organisations including Channel 4 and Mind, I’m the current resident relationship expert, BBC Radio Kent, and I host the award-winning podcast REAL-ationship Talk: The Podcast. My commentary on relationships and emotional well-being appears across national media, from Cosmopolitan UK and HuffPost to The Mirror and OK!.
I’m a Master Coach accredited through IAPC&M, CIPD qualified, and further trained in life coaching, counselling skills, cognitive behavioural therapy and mental health. I also currently serve as Head of Mental Health & Well-being for IAPC&M members, supporting the well-being of coaches worldwide. My work has been recognised with five industry awards, including Relationship Coach of the Year (UK) at the Corporate LiveWire Global Awards.
Outside of work, I’m a mum, and I try to practise what I coach: real rest, time in nature, and space for the people who matter most.
Whether you’re exploring coaching for yourself or training for your organisation, it starts with a conversation.
